Economic scams - grant checks and fakes

Most recently you'll see a lot of advertising for "free government grant checks". Watch out for these scams. This is how they usually work:
You signup to receive a free government grant "kit". They say it costs 1.99 or 3.99 for shipping, you think that's cheap ok... so what if it doesn't work right?
Well they'll start to random charge you like 29.95, 60.00, before you know it they are charging you for all kinds of things.
